On May 24, 1998, I was awarded my Duty to God Award. In order to be given this award, a young man must meet the requirements for four full years. Some of these requirements are: live the Word of Wisdom, pay a full tithing, be morally clean, attend at least seventy percent of all church meetings, refrain from using vulgar language, speak and act honestly, refrain from reading pornographic material or attending pornographic movies, and fulfill all church and quorum assignments.
