In the fall of 1998, my senior year, the musical was "Fiddler on the Roof". I tried out and was cast as Motel the Tailor. It was a fun role and I had the opportunity of singing a solo, "Miracle of Miracles". It was a few notes out of my vocal range, but I managed to sing with minimal squeaking.

Aside from getting the girl and slightly squeaking when I sang, my character also allowed me a chance to show off my muscles.

It was a lot of work, but I really enjoyed "Fiddler on the Roof", and I think I also increased my vocal range.
